While we initially developed this program for those with heart conditions and diabetes, we found that anyone looking to watch their diet closely and make significant health improvements can benefit from this program. Dinner plans can help ease one of the most important aspects of improving your health by preparing complete meals so that you can easily begin or maintain your new healthy lifestyle.
You simply select your entrees and side dishes and schedule a convenient pick-up time for the meals. At home, just take the meals from the freezer to the refrigerator and then prepare according to the easy to follow directions. Normally, you would be faced with trying to figure out the nutritional factors, purchasing numerous ingredients for a healthy diet, putting everything together and cooking the meals. Dinner plans significantly simplifies this process by eliminating almost all of these steps. You just need to cook and enjoy!

In fact, all the time saved in meal preparation can be put torward a new exercise regimen.

Nutrition Information
Our healthy heart menu was developed with the guidelines outlined by a hospital dietitian. Some of the key criteria are listed below:
- 3-4 ounces of protein per serving (6-8 ounces in total for a day)
- 1 teaspoon or less of fat/oil per serving
- No more than 3-4 servings of carbohydrates per meal (for diabetics)
- 60 grams or less of carbohydrates per meal (for diabetics)
- Lower fat cheeses of 5 grams of fat or less per serving
- Less than 2300mg of sodium per day
- Limit to 1 ounce of cheese per meal
- Limit to 1800 calories/day (Meals range from 200-450 calories per serving and low in fat)
All of our labels will include complete nutritional information including calories, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, sodium and weight watcher points per serving. We will further list the number of servings of carbohydrates per entrée for those with diabetic concerns.
