Easter Holiday Helper Menu

 

Prime Rib Roast

 

Generous prime rib roast rubbed with garlic and fresh herbs.  This is a delicious change of pace to the traditional Easter ham.

Sweet Potato Soufflé Mashed sweet potatoes sprinkled with a crumble topping of butter, brown sugar and chopped pecans.

Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes - Red skin potatoes roasted with garlic and rosemary make the perfect accompaniment to prime rib roast or ham.

 

Creamy Corn Soufflé - A delicious blend between corn bread and a slightly sweet corn pudding!

Green Beans with Sweet Onion Sauce - Crisp green beans tossed with a warm sweet onion sauce.
